Standard Size
The Membrane Solutions 1812/3012/3013/3213 Reverse Osmosis Housing, designed with a universal dimension, perfectly accommodates the majority of standard-sized residential RO membranes. It is compatible with various GPD options, including 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and even 800 GPD, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of any household or hotel environment.
Durable Construction
Crafted using high-quality FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene), our membrane housing is engineered with a thicker construction to provide superior pressure resilience. How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Initiate by turning off the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system, along with the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to release any pressure remaining in the system, ensuring a smooth membrane change process.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, depress the collect, and gently disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the included wrench to unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Employ pliers to extract the used membrane, dispose of it responsibly, and insert the new membrane. Ensure the end equipped with two washers is inserted first, pressing until a secure fit is achieved.
6. Re-secure the membrane housing cap, reconnect the previously removed tubing, and replace the blue safety clip for optimal security.
Note: If difficulty arises when reinstalling the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to align it correctly with the pure water outlet.
