How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by shutting off the feed water supply line valve leading into the RO system and the respective valve on the water tank to secure your setup.
2. Next, open the RO faucet to completely release the system's pressure, facilitating a safe and straightforward membrane replacement.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and carefully detach the tubing from the membrane housing for unobstructed access.
4. Utilize the supplied wrench to unscrew and effortlessly remove the membrane housing cap with precision.
5. Employ pliers to gently extract the worn membrane and dispose of it. Insert the new membrane, ensuring that the end with two washers is securely situated within the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and affix the blue safety clip to finalize the setup seamlessly.
Note: If securing the housing cap proves challenging, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure a snug fit against the pure water outlet for perfect alignment.
