Product Description
WATER & FOOD USE: Crafted with the utmost care, our Water Flow Restrictor is constructed from safe, non-toxic materials, ensuring peace of mind for both household and commercial use. These versatile components are perfectly suited for Household Water Purifiers, Commercial Water Purifiers, and Small Reverse Osmosis equipment, delivering purity and reliability.

SIZE & TUBE COMPATIBILITY: Expertly designed, our product is compatible with standard 1/4 RO tubing commonly used in most systems. Ensure to verify your tubing size before purchasing. For household purifiers, options include 300cc/min-50Gallon, 350CC/min-50Gallon/75Gallon, 420CC/min-75Gallon, 450CC/min-100Gallon, 550CC/min-100Gallon/200Gallon, and 650CC/min-200Gallon. For larger commercial water purifiers ranging from 400Gallon-800Gallon, choose from 800CC/min, 1200CC/min, or 1500CC/min for optimal performance.

Working Pressure: Our robust design withstands pressures exceeding 8kg, operating efficiently within medium temperatures of 5~50°C. The water-to-wastewater ratio is approximately 1:3, varying with working pressure and water quality, ensuring superior filtration results.

EASY INSTALLATION: Experience the convenience of quick and hassle-free assembly that saves both time and money. Our innovative Non-Locking Clip technology allows for straightforward DIY installation, eliminating the need for tools.

What is it?
Engineered from food-grade materials, our flow restrictor ensures seamless connectivity without the need for additional tools. It maximizes RO water production while minimizing waste, creating back pressure on the drain line to facilitate membrane efficiency. Compatible with standard 1/4" Copper, CPVC, PEX, and PVC tubing, it integrates effortlessly with most RO systems.

Where to use it?
Ideal for RO systems, beverage dispensers, refrigerator ice makers, and coffee machines, this quick-connect fitting optimizes waste water line flow. It balances the brine solution, maintaining adequate back pressure for proper filtration. Upgrade system performance effortlessly with this essential component, simplifying water filter installations.

How to use it?
Locate the drain line that directs waste water to the sink and splice in the flow restrictor, aligning the indicated arrow for correct installation. To remove, press the outer circle on each end and pull it out. Ensure the membrane flow rating aligns with the flow restrictor for optimal results, and cut the tubing squarely to prevent leaks. Insert the tubing evenly and straight into the connector for a secure fit.

FAQ
Q: Is a 1*400GPD system superior to a 2*200GPD setup?
A: Opting for 200GPD is advantageous, as it involves less adhesive during production, results in a superior salt rejection rate, and offers enhanced water flow.
Q: When should membrane elements be cleaned?
A: It is crucial to clean the membrane elements when encountering any of the following situations:
A 10-15% decrease in normalized permeate flow indicates cleaning is necessary.
A 10-15% increase in normalized permeate total dissolved solids (TDS) signals the need for cleaning.
A 10-15% rise in normalized pressure drop between feed and reject suggests it's time to clean.
Q: How can RO Membrane Blockage be resolved?
A: 1. Begin by verifying if the membrane in your home RO System is genuinely blocked.
2. Assess the regional water quality to determine if scaling is primarily due to calcium and magnesium salts.
3. Prepare a solution of 10% hydrochloric acid, diluted detergent (commercial descaling detergent), or a specialized RO membrane cleaning agent based on the scale composition, and immerse the RO membrane for 24 hours.
4. Rinse the soaked RO membrane, utilizing water from ultrafiltration. Ensure to close the pure water outlet and open only the wastewater outlet during flushing.
Q: Why does the RO membrane become blocked after just one to two months?
A: 1. High salt content in raw water leads to excessive scaling.
2. An excessive presence of organic matter in water results in membrane fouling and blockage.
3. A high RO film recovery rate can contribute to blockages.
4. Absence of a flushing function in the purifier allows high-concentration brine to accumulate in the RO membrane shell over time.
