How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system, as well as the valve on the water tank.
2. Next, open the RO faucet to allow the pressure within the system to gradually release.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press down on the collect, and detach the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the provided wrench to unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. With the aid of pliers, extract the used membrane and dispose of it. Insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with two small washers is inserted first. Push firmly until it seats securely.
6. Reattach and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing and secure the blue safety clip back in place.
Note: If you're having difficulty reseating the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it aligns correctly with the pure water outlet.
