How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Start by turning off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system and closing the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to relieve the pressure within the system.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press down the collect, and disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Use the provided wrench to unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. With pliers, extract the used membrane, dispose of it, and gently insert the new membrane. Ensure the end with two small washers enters first, pushing until it securely seats in the housing.
6. Securely replace the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip.
Note: Should you encounter difficulty repositioning the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it correctly aligns with the pure water outlet.
