Effortless Guide: Changing RO Housing and Membrane
1. Initiate by closing the feed water supply line valve leading to your RO system, and also close the water tank's valve to secure the setup perfectly.
2. Proceed by opening the RO faucet to fully depressurize the system, facilitating a safe and straightforward membrane exchange.
3. Delicately remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and carefully detach the tubing from the membrane housing for unobstructed access.
4. Utilize the included wrench to effortlessly unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap with precision.
5. Using pliers, gently remove and discard the old membrane. Insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with two washers is securely positioned inside the housing for optimal performance.
6. Firmly refit and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to flawlessly complete the setup.
Note: If securing the housing cap proves challenging, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is perfectly aligned with the pure water outlet, ensuring a flawless fit.
