How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve that leads to the RO system and the respective valve on the water tank to ensure a secure setup.
2. Next, open the RO faucet to completely release the pressure within the system, facilitating a safe and straightforward membrane replacement.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and gently detach the tubing from the membrane housing for unobstructed access.
4. Utilize the included wrench to precisely unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap with ease.
5. With pliers, gently extract and discard the old membrane. Insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with two washers is firmly placed inside the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to complete the setup effortlessly.
Note: If you encounter difficulty when securing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to guarantee it is correctly seated against the pure water outlet for a flawless fit.
