How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Safely turn off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system as well as the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet and allow the system's pressure to safely bleed off.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, push down the collet, and disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the wrench to gently remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Use pliers to extract the used membrane, dispose of it properly, and insert the new membrane. Ensure the end with two little washers is inserted first, pushing until it securely seats in the membrane housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing and reposition the blue safety clip.
Note: If the housing cap doesn't fit back easily, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it aligns correctly with the pure water outlet.
