How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by closing the feed water supply line valve directed to the RO system, as well as the corresponding valve on the water tank, ensuring a secure setup.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet to fully release the pressure within the system, facilitating a safe and straightforward membrane replacement process.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and gently detach the tubing from the membrane housing to gain clear access.
4. Utilize the provided wrench to unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap with precise ease.
5. With the aid of pliers, gently extract and dispose of the old membrane. Insert the new membrane, ensuring that the end with two washers is securely nestled inside the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to seamlessly complete the setup.
Note: Should you encounter any difficulty when securing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is properly seated against the pure water outlet for a flawless fit.
