How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve to your RO system and the valve on your water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet, allowing the system pressure to safely bleed off.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, push down the collect, and disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the provided wrench to unscrew the membrane housing cap.
5. With pliers, gently extract the used membrane, discard it, and insert a new one. Ensure the end with two small washers is inserted first and push until securely seated in the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing and reattach the blue safety clip.
Note: Should the housing cap resist replacement, gently twist the RO membrane to facilitate a correct seating to the pure water outlet.
