How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Start by turning off the feed water supply line valve that leads to the RO system, as well as the corresponding valve on the water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet, allowing the system's internal pressure to be fully relieved.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, depress the collect, and carefully disengage the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Use the provided wrench to skillfully unscrew and remove the cap of the membrane housing.
5. With pliers, carefully extract the used membrane, dispose of it properly, and insert the new membrane. Ensure that the end with two washers is placed first, and sits snugly within the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to finalize the replacement process.
Note: If you experience any difficulty when replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to verify it is correctly seated at the pure water outlet.
