How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Turn off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system and the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to release the system pressure.
3. Detach the blue safety clip, push down the collet, and disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Employ the wrench to carefully remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Using pliers, extract the used membrane and replace it with a new one, ensuring the end with two small washers is inserted first and securely seated in the membrane housing.
6. Replace and securely tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reposition the blue safety clip.
Note: If the housing cap resists fitting back into place, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it aligns correctly with the pure water outlet.
