How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system and the appropriate valve on the water tank to secure the arrangement.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet to completely release the pressure within the system, ensuring a safe and straightforward membrane replacement.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and gently detach the tubing from the membrane housing to gain clear access.
4. Employ the included wrench to effortlessly unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap with precision and ease.
5. Utilizing pliers, carefully extract and dispose of the old membrane. Insert the new membrane, confirming that the end with two washers is securely placed within the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and attach the blue safety clip to complete the setup seamlessly.
Note: Should you experience difficulty securing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is properly seated against the pure water outlet for a perfect fit.
