How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system, alongside the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet, allowing the system's pressure to release completely.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, then push down the collect, and gently disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Employ the wrench to skillfully unscrew the membrane housing cap.
5. Using pliers, detach the used membrane. Discard it and insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with two little washers is inserted first and pushed until it is securely seated in the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reattach the tubing and reapply the blue safety clip for secure closure.
Note: Should replacing the housing cap prove challenging, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it seats correctly at the pure water outlet.
