How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by closing the feed water supply line valve to the RO system and the corresponding valve on the water tank.
2. Next, open the RO faucet to allow the system's pressure to be released.
3. Detach the blue safety clip, press down the collect, and gently push out the tubing to disconnect it from the membrane housing.
4. Employ the wrench to carefully remove the membrane housing cap.
5. With pliers, extract the used membrane, dispose of it properly, and insert the new membrane. Ensure the end with two small washers is inserted first, pressing until it is securely seated within the membrane housing.
6. Reattach and secure the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing and replace the blue safety clip.
Note: If replacing the housing cap proves difficult, gently twist the RO membrane until it aligns correctly with the pure water outlet.
