How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system and the corresponding valve on the water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet to allow the system's internal pressure to fully dissipate.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, depress the collect, and carefully detach the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Use the provided wrench to gently unscrew and remove the cap of the membrane housing.
5. With pliers, remove the used membrane, dispose of it responsibly, and insert the new membrane. Insert the end with two washers first, ensuring a secure fit within the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to finalize the process.
Note: If you face any difficulty replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to confirm it is properly seated at the pure water outlet.
