How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system and the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to allow complete pressure dissipation within the system.
3. Remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and gently detach the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Use the provided wrench to carefully unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Employ pliers to extract the used membrane, discard it, and insert the new membrane by placing the end with two washers first, ensuring a secure fit within the housing.
6. Tighten the membrane housing cap securely, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to complete the procedure.
Note: If you experience difficulty in replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure correct seating at the pure water outlet.
