How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Start by shutting off the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system and the associated valve on the water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet, allowing the system's pressure to fully dissipate.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, depress the collect, and carefully detach the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the provided wrench to meticulously unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. With the aid of pliers, carefully extract the used membrane and replace it with a new one. Ensure the end with two washers is inserted first, sitting securely within the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to finalize the process.
Note: If you encounter any difficulty when replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is properly seated at the pure water outlet.
