How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by closing the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system, along with the corresponding valve on the water tank, to ensure a secure setup.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet to completely release the pressure within the system, facilitating a safe and effortless membrane replacement process.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press the collect, and gently detach the tubing from the membrane housing to gain clear access.
4. Utilize the included wrench to unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap with precision and ease.
5. With pliers, gently extract and discard the old membrane. Insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with two washers is securely positioned within the housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip for a flawless setup completion.
Note: Should you encounter difficulty in securing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is properly seated against the pure water outlet, achieving a perfect fit every time.
