How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Start by closing the feed water supply line valve leading to the RO system and the corresponding valve on the water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet, allowing the pressure within the system to fully release.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, depress the collect, and smoothly detach the tubing from the membrane housing.
4. With the included wrench, carefully unscrew and remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Using pliers, extract the used membrane, dispose of it responsibly, and insert the new membrane. Begin with the end featuring two washers, ensuring it is securely seated within the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to complete the process.
Note: If you encounter difficulty in replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure a perfect fit at the pure water outlet.
