How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off both the feed water supply line valve to the RO system and the valve on the water tank to ensure safety.
2. Open the RO faucet to let the system pressure bleed off completely.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip, press down the collect, and gently push out the tubing to disconnect it from the membrane housing.
4. Utilize the provided wrench to effortlessly remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Extract the used membrane with pliers, dispose of it, and smoothly insert the new membrane. Ensure the end with two small washers is inserted first and push it until you feel it is securely seated within the membrane housing.
6. Securely replace and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing that was removed and reattach the blue safety clip for a safe fit.
Note: Should you face difficulty in replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to achieve correct alignment with the pure water outlet.
