How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by securely closing the feed water supply line valve that leads to the RO system, as well as the valve associated with the water tank.
2. Proceed to open the RO faucet to carefully allow the system's internal pressure to fully dissipate.
3. Gently remove the blue safety clip, carefully depress the collect, and smoothly detach the tubing from the membrane housing with precision.
4. Use the included wrench to skillfully unscrew and remove the cap of the membrane housing with care.
5. With the assistance of pliers, delicately extract the used membrane, dispose of it properly, and insert the new membrane. Ensure the end with two washers is inserted first and sits securely within the housing.
6. Firmly replace and tighten the membrane housing cap, reconnect the tubing, and reattach the blue safety clip to successfully complete the process.
Note: If you encounter any difficulties when replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it is properly seated at the pure water outlet for optimal performance.
