How to Change RO Housing and Membrane?
1. Begin by turning off the feed water supply line valve to the RO system, along with the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to release and bleed off any pressure remaining in the system.
3. Remove the blue safety clip, push down the collect, and disconnect the tubing from the membrane housing effortlessly.
4. Utilize the wrench to skillfully remove the membrane housing cap.
5. Carefully extract the used membrane with pliers, discard it, and insert the new membrane. Place the end with two small washers into the housing first, pushing until it seats securely.
6. Once replaced, tighten the membrane housing cap securely. Reconnect the tubing and reattach the blue safety clip for a reliable setup.
Note: If difficulty is encountered when replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it seats properly at the pure water outlet.
